Happy 26th birthday Esther. We’re both June kids (six days apart) and every year, even if we couldn’t see each other, we’d wish each other happy birthday and plan when we’d meet up for one of our lazy afternoon chats that would blend into watching the best view of the best view of the sunset over the Harbour Bridge from the secret rock beach we found in the Botanic Gardens.
We took this photo on one of those days: we were on those rocks under an orange sky, talking and laughing.
I miss you very much, and I’m thankful we got to spend those days together.
