Dear Esther,
You may not have realised it, but you were my first Christian friend in Adelaide, introduced by a kind mutual friend.
In the short years we’ve known each other, I was impressed by your priorities in life, anchored in the assurance and joy of having Jesus as Lord of your life. Two distinct memories made me smile:
Firstly, you were on a shoestring student budget and discussing how you could budget better to be generous with what you do have!
Secondly, I will never cease to be amused by your love for Christian rap. But I concur, the theological richness is fiyahhhhh!
And now, it is a comfort to know you are well with the Lord, the delight of your soul, despite our temporary separation.
